Clean Room System (Battery Manufacturing Room Atmosphere)

Electrode Process
1. Mixing facilities -Raw material powder input and quantitative adjustment. Binder and conductive agent mixing device.
2. Coating facilities - A heating furnace for electrode application and drying. Electrode loading/unloading device.
3. Calendering & Slitting - Electrode roll pressing and electrode width cutting. A device that winds around a pancake.

Assembly Process (Cylindrical type, Prismatic type)
1. Cylindrical battery assembly line - From Jelly role insert to component assembly including welding & EL filling.
Each processing machine includes an automation conveyor & MES system communication.
2. Pouch battery assembly line - From electrode notching to Z-type stacking & component assembly including welding & EL filling.
Each process communicates with the MES system for cell traceability.

Formation Process
1. Need main equipment such as Aging, Charger/Discharger, IR/OCV, Grader for the formation process.
